Manzo is the only traditional, full-service (antipasti, primi, secondi) restaurant in the Eataly marketplace. Manzo, which literally translates to "steer" or "beef," is where the restaurant showcases their animal products. Though we offer appetizer and dessert, fish and pasta, the focus is on the meat. Chef Michael Toscano of Babbo Ristorante works in the Italian tradition to use every part of the animal.
